On press day, Drake Int’l’s latest research showed improving retention of skilled employees was the most important people challenge facing employers in a growing economy.
The other highest priority people management strategies employers identified were: finding and developing effective leaders (87.1 %); effectively managing culture and change (80.5%); increasing training and development (80.2%); and increasing productivity of staff through process improvement (73.5%).
