A Melb Institute Wages report released this morning confirms a 3.2% increase in total pay growth in the 12 months to Feb, 2010. Institute research fellow Dr Edda Claus said similar outcomes for total pay and hourly wage rates suggest “some weakness remains in the labour market”.
