Northern Territory Law Journal update: December 2011
The second Part of Volume 2 of the Northern Territory Law Journal includes two interesting articles and several case notes. The first article comes from PA Keane and is based on the inaugural oration delivered by Justice Keane at the Inaugural Austin Asche Oration in Law and Governance at Charles Darwin University. The second article is by Cameron Ford and discusses whether the Anunga Guidelines can be accommodated within the Uniform Evidence Act regime.

Australian Business Law Review update: December 2011
The final Part for Volume 39 of the Australian Business Law Review includes articles on increased private enforcement of cartel laws in Australia, deductibility of interest and the evolution of Australia’s harmonised OHS laws. There is also a Competition Law and Market Regulation section and a Banking and Finance section.
Australian Intellectual Property Journal update
The second Part for Volume 22 of the Australian Intellectual Property Journal includes articles by Sarah Bennett regarding the compatibility of plain packaging with TRIPs and an article by Jani McCutcheon critically considering the originality threshold in two important cases for IP law.
