The Winter 2013 issue of Workplace Review publishes articles on social media risks for employers, unlawful termination provisions in the Fair Work Act, responsible advocacy in the Fair Work Commission and the need for democratic reform of trade unions in Australia. The August 2013 issue of the Australian Business Law Review includes two interesting articles. The first comes from Caron Beaton-Wells and discusses the forthcoming review by the ACCC of its immunity policy for cartel conduct. The second article is by Anthony Duggan who focuses on chattel paper, one of the categories of personal property identified in the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
