Journal of Judicial Administration update: October 2013
The latest Part of the Journal of Judicial Administration publishes two interesting articles. The first article comes from Dr Anthony E Cassimatis and Dr Peter Billings and addresses whether statutory judicial review mechanisms enacted in the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and Tasmania have realised their overall aims of promoting access to justice and accountability of public administration.
