Thomson Reuters is pleased to announce the appointment of Pamela Suttor as the Section Editor for a brand new Elder Law Section in The Australian Law Journal. As part of a reinvigoration program, a range of new Sections are being commissioned to ensure that subscribers are receiving a wide range of valuable and useful content.

Pamela Suttor has practiced as a Solicitor in New South Wales since 1963. She has been an Accredited Wills and Estates Specialist since 1995 and convenes the quarterly meetings of the Accredited Wills & Estates Specialists Group. She is a Councillor of the Law Society of New South Wales and was the chair of the Elder Law and Succession Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales from 2006 to 2013. Pamela is widely experienced in uncontested estates, including some of the more unusual grants and in contested Wills and Estates litigation, including Family Provision Act matters and litigation concerning capacity issues, informal Wills, rectification and construction of Wills and forfeiture cases.. From time to time she has given expert evidence in wills and estate matters.
