Mini_PubLR_CoverNew article submissions to the Public Law Review are always welcome by the Editors, Cheryl Saunders and Janet McLean.

The Review is designed to make a contribution to an informed and vibrant public debate about public law in Australia and New Zealand. To that end, it seeks to publish work of the highest quality on significant issues and problems in public law. As the Review is published quarterly, it is able to engage with important questions relatively quickly.

Regular features of the Review are comments (around 2,000 words); articles, which are fully peer-reviewed (around 8,000-10,000 words); and book reviews.

Although submissions to the Review may be made all year round, specifically for the March and June 2016 issues, it is recommended that submissions are sent to [email protected] by the following dates to allow for peer review:

  • Volume 27, No 1 (March 2016): end of November
  • Volume 27, No 2 (June 2016): middle of February

The Editors also welcome proposals for symposia, on the understanding that these will be fully peer-reviewed as well.
