The last Part for 2013 of the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law includes an article by Verity Quinn and Rosannah Healy about the current state of Pt IIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the benefits of Australia having a national third party access regime.
