The latest Part of AJCCL publishes two articles and several section notes on a wide range of subjects. The first article comes from Nick Seddon and discusses government exemption from Australian competition and consumer law. The second article, from Dave Poddar, examines whether there should be changes to the ACCC’s informal merger clearance process.
