Information Technology Contract and Recruitment Association (ITCRA)

ITCRA was established in 1998 to raise the professionalism of recruitment in the IT industry. It now has over 160 member companies.

Membership in ITCRA provides discounts for business related services such as Superannuation, Liability Insurance and financial and legal advice. Members advertise job vacancies on IT2, the IT Recruitment industry’s career portal. ITCRA provides Certification for recruitment consultants and lobbies government on industry issues. ITCRA’s SkillsMatch project was developed to address the IT industry’s skills shortage issue and allows governments and industry bodies to access real time data relating to the placement of individual in ICT jobs.
