Ice To Eskimos are specialists in Recruitment to Recruitment – we are experts at finding the most suitable and rewarding opportunities for professionals within the recruitment industry.

We know the industry well having worked in it ourselves across a number of different levels and industries. We’ve been building relationships in rec to rec for more than six years and recruiting for more than 15 years. We spend our time consulting to the decision-makers in recruitment organisations and know what the short and long term hiring needs will be. We understand who looks for what in their recruitment staff and who will hire even if they aren’t advertising. We try to go over and above people’s expectations because we understand that recruitment companies have the skills to find people themselves, but it’s not their core business, nor is it the best use of their time.

Whilst professionalism and integrity are amongst our core values, we don’t take ourselves too seriously – the name is light hearted because the reality is that recruitment to recruitment is very much like selling ice to Eskimos, but we take our role very seriously. We spend our days representing recruitment consultants to people who are experts in the industry themselves which means that we have to know what we are doing, we tell the truth and we have to be good.
