Fair Work Amendment Regulations 2009 (No 3) released

The Fair Work Regulations 2009 (Cth) have been amended by the Fair Work Amendment Regulations 2009 (No 3) (Cth).

The amendments insert provisions prescribing the requirements for the signing of an enterprise agreeement (new reg 2.06A) and for the signing of a variation to an enterprise agreement (new reg 2.09A).

The amending Regulations were registered on 13 November 2009 and commenced on 14 November 2009.
