Fair Work Australia is calling for feedback on individual flexibility arrangements (IFAs) so it can assess how they are working under the FW system. It is also studying the operation of the National Employment Standards (NES) in relation to flexibility arrangements for child care and unpaid parental leave extensions.
Submissions for both studies close on April 12.
