{"id":230,"count":61,"description":"Critical evaluation of Australian and international tax law<\/em>\r\n\r\nAbout the Journal<\/strong>\r\nSince 1971, the Australian Tax Review<\/a><\/em> (ISSN: 0311-094X) has been providing in-depth analysis of current tax issues in the Australian tax environment in all areas of tax law, recent cases and legislative developments. \r\n\r\nThe journal has a national and international reputation which services both the academic and professional tax law markets. Contributors include Justices of the Federal Court, the Commissioner of Taxation, and senior practitioners and academics from Australia and overseas. \r\n\r\nBeing a fully refereed journal, articles are only accepted for publication after a rigorous peer review process.
