The amendments broadly cover the topics of the scope of claims, adjustments to the adjudication process, and changes to the enforcement regime. The amendments increase the differences between the respective security of payment legislation in the Northern Territory and Western Australia, jointly referred to as the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153West Coast Model\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.
