She is currently lecturing International Intellectual Property Law at Griffith College Cork, Ireland.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div id=\"attachment_4692\" style=\"width: 235px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4692\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4692\" title=\"Runner-up: Dr Robert Considine\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.thomsonreuters.com.au\/journals\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2013\/02\/Robert-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-4692\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Runner-up: Dr Robert Considine<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Thomson Reuters and the General Editor would also like to congratulate the runner-up, Dr Robert Considine. Robert\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s article was on the American shop rights doctrine and its potential use in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Robert Considine returned to University to study law through Monash University\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Juris Doctor Program in 2009.\u00c2\u00a0 For the past ten years Rob has fulfilled leadership roles in the water sector and enjoys the complex environmental and social bargaining aspects of decision making in water management and feels the law provides a stimulating, structured way of making complex decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Rob was appointed Melbourne Water\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Manager of Integrated Water Strategy last year.\u00c2\u00a0 For Melbourne Water, integrated water strategy is about contributing to a more sustainable, prosperous, liveable and healthy community by planning and delivering water supply, waterways and sewage services holistically. Previously Rob has worked with catchment managers, asset managers and customers in ensuring Melbourne\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s drinking water quality continues to meet or exceed the city\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s high expectations.
