She is the author of\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">Minority Shareholders\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Remedies<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">, the co-author of\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">Corporate Law<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">\u00c2\u00a0(Third Edition 2013), and has taught subjects including Corporations Law, Corporate Governance and Directors\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Duties, Shareholders\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Remedies, Equity and Trusts at Melbourne and Monash Universities and continues to teach Shareholders\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Remedies in the LLM at Sydney University, where she is an Adjunct Professor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth is a member of the Council of Legal Education and of the Executive of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. She is also a member of that section\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Corporations Committee.
