small business fair dismissal code
A small business has been ordered to pay a former worker more than $6,500 for unfair dismissal despite the industrial tribunal ruling the company had a valid reason for sacking the IT professional.
Adam Ramsay was dismissed in February 2010 after almost two years working at AVA Systems – a business with less than 15 employees.
