Three new Sections Editors have joined the Editorial team for the Journal of Banking and Finance Law and Practice.
Guy Lethbridge has joined as a Section Editor for the “New Zealand” Section. Guy is a Partner at Russell McVeagh in New Zealand. His practice includes debt capital markets, acquisition finance, corporate finance, consumer financial services and regulation, derivatives and investment products. He has been Partner since 2004 and has a range of experience gained from working in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Gene Turner has also joined as a Section Editor for the “New Zealand” Section. Gene is a Partner at Buddle Findlay Lawyers in New Zealand. His practice includes corporate and commercial and banking and finance advice, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, corporate structuring, procurement and outsourcing, among other things.
David Hinchey has joined as a Section Editor for the “Hong Kong and China†Section. David is a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson in Hong Kong. David has experience working in commercial lending, consumer lending and asset financing.
All three new Section Editors bring to the Journal a wealth of experience in the banking and finance sector.
