The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) was introduced in India seven years ago; is it successful in economic terms? Wage theft is a complicated problem and requires many solutions. Liquidators in New Zealand operate without requiring court approval but their conduct is still subject to supervision and challenge.
